North Atlantic Properties owns and manages distinctive commercial properties in the Greater Portland Maine market. The firm’s investment strategy focuses on stable, cash flowing properties with additional upside potential over a five to seven year holding period.  We will consider properties that require opportunistic repositioning but we are not real estate developers.

The company was founded in 2004 with the goal of acquiring commercial properties that would provide superior returns to our investors.  We were fortunate to get our start with an excellent property on Portland’s dynamic waterfront and have built on our success from there. In general North Atlantic sources and structures investments and partners with  capital providers to acquire properties.
